Scheduled an appointment for me and my children to have cleanings done two weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment I left work early, took my kids out of school only to get there and be informed, that their office no longer accepted my insurance. The problem wasn't the fact that they did not accept my insurance anymore, it was the fact that I came into the office, scheduled three appointments two weeks prior, and NO ONE, not one member of the staff thought it was necessary to inform me that my insurance was no longer accepted. I not only missed a half a days work, but I pulled my children out of school. Not only was this unprofessional, but it showed a lack of communication on behalf of their entire staff. I would not recommend anyone to this office.
