I booked a family Thanksgiving there in March 2007. I booked 7 suites,3 regular rooms and the meeting room. In late October 2007 I checked with them to give them names to match the rooms and was told that they were renovating and might not have the meeting room completely finished. In hindsight I should have cancelled but I am not from the area and knew finding new accomadations would now be difficult. On Nov 8,2007 I was told that none of the suites would be finished and neither would the meeting room. I could have the small regular rooms that were not renovated. There was no metion of pricing consideration.\r
Needless to say, I had to find a new place and was in no position to negoiate a good group rate be cause the event was in 12 days.\r
This hotel management is not to be trusted with any agreement that enter into. \r
BUYER BEWARE!!!!
