Hot breakfast discontinued. At least it's a short walk to adjacent ""Waffle House"" or shopping center. No hot water one morning--apparently nobody in the skeleton desk staff checks the water heater. The floor in my upstairs room was unbelievably noisy & creaky. I wondered if it disturbed those staying in the room below.\r This place lists for $20-30 below adjacent upscale motor inns--but I would only recommend it for short stays. Perhaps the discontinuation of hot breakfast indicates it's on the way out. Cigarette burn hole in one bed sheet. Very small towels--like you'd expect at Motel-6 for half the rate here. Pros: If you ""must"" stay in Brentwood, it's cheaper than the competition. Has in-room Wi-Fi. Cons: Audible overhead highway noise. Urban location.
