When our water heater went out (after a semi-fix by getting the pilot light lit), we called on a Saturday morning to get an estimate. Not only did we get a call back within the hour, we were told the new water heater could be installed the same day! After an initial consultation, Ramon came to the house with a water heater that was bigger than we had hoped for! He did have to do some slight modifications to fit it into the existing space, but made it work without any issues. His positive "can-do" attitude was very much appreciated by my wife who was a little worried at the time. He stayed until he knew it was up and running properly and even cinched it down to make it up to code! This company did exactly what they said they would do! We are so pleased!
