This is the saddest most horrific motel I've visited. They dishonored our agreement by the way of false advertisement because they did not give me the room I payed for. Due to health concerns they had for their rooms I was moved 5 different timed. Contaminated floor boards and used soap, sheets and cups left in three different rooms. They can comp me a room for one night because that's all priceline will allow them to do. pRiceline was just as terrible! Telling me oh well pretty much, blaming red roof for not allowing greater comp. I did the math, over the next few months I work out of town I'm paying an average of 250 a week. Red Roof won't get another dime! Very sad establishment in cahoots with priceline to do people off. You people are horrible. Aside from Christian. He should be a general mgr!!! Promote him.
