Ive been coming to this gym now for a year. The staff are very friendly and I've heard people say they are too feiendly but would you rather be greeted by someone who is negative and end up putting you in negative mind set BEFORE YOU WORKOUT. Other customers who come and workout are friendly and dont mind to help you out when you need help. NO ONE in this gym has the holier-than-thou attitude (cough cough genises), even the coaches and trainers go out their way to help you out, now how many gyms can you go ask a personal trainer for advice and then give you correct and free advice rather than worthless advice and then tell you to give them money for more advice, not that many gyms. Staff members here are lenient on noise (im not talking talking about screaming your head off noise) and are also lenient when it comes to gym bags and water bottles. No they do not have a stupid lunk alarm that goes off every second(planet fitness) and is more annoying than screamers. They are an extremely clean gym, I have seen them clean the whole gym twice a day and they clean the jacu, steam room, and pool on a regular basis. I have been to every gym in wichita and this gym has been by far the best gym in Wichita. Ok new customers don't be afraid to give this gym a try and ladies no you do not have to worry about creepy men staring at you while you workout.
