Just arriving back home from two months away, trying to catch up for the coming holidays and expecting family to arrive in a few days, we discovered our plumbing had suddenly plugged up in the whole house!
Needless to say the pressure was on! For years I had heard about Art Plumbing and A/C. I contacted them and was helped immediately by setting up an appointment for the same day - a Saturday. They advertise service 24/7 with no extra fee for weekends. My appointment window was set up with a half hour call back from them when the technician was on the way.
Just a short time later I was contacted that there was now an available technician in my area and he was on the way. Additionally, I was sent an email that included a picture of my technician! Great security measure.
My tech arrived, listened to my explanation, gave me a price MUCH lower than I had expected and set to work solving my issue. He was very courteous, professional and careful not to disturb anything more than necessary to get to the affected plumbing.
Once he was certain of the cause he collected his equipment and cleared everything up in short order. When he left you would never have known he was there. Excellent service from the time I called to the time the technician drove away. Very impressed with the personnel and the service. Highly recommended.
