I went to R&R custom designs in Durham NC at the North gate mall to get a logo designed for my company I was told by one of the employees that if I put down a down payment of $25. They would contact me with a rough copy of a designed to choose from. Then once I selected a designed I would pay the full amount due. I never received a call in fact I called the store several times got no results, only the run around I emailed the owner and told him what happened. He seem concerned but when I gave him my contact information like he asked. Mr. Robinson never called me to resolved this matter.
