The nice thing about pump it up is the big bouncy rooms are really nice and the kids like them what I did not like was the fact that they wanted to put a 20% gratuity on my bill at the end of the party for the two people that were in the party room with the pizza and the cake I feel that we paid a lot of money to have the party there and that should be included not to mention they did not pass out the pizza that we paid for and I passed out the cake that I paid for and we waited a long time for another picture of soda which we did not get to the very end and all of my guest were thirsty I don't feel that I should be put in that position since hip 15% on the whole bill of what the party cost when that's what I'm paying for in the first place also at the end of the party I had a $25 coupon and he did not take that off I had to call back and have them take it off would definitely never have a party there again
