Review content:
I transferred my coverage from another CA city. The owner herself was the person that worked with me. I just dropped in and she quickly took my information and transferred all the needed coverage to this office. Later I decided to drop some of my auto coverage and we did that via phone. But when I had a month to think about it, I decided that I should have full coverage even if it was a ten year old auto. When I went by the office the owner, Joy, again signed me up for the full coverage, but mentioned that she doesn't recommend that people drop coverage on their cars because if they get totaled they still need something to help them procure a new car. I wish she would have given me her expert opinion before I dropped the insurance, I could have been talked out of making an unwise decision.
