After beginning a remodel of my bathroom and attempting to place a toilet four times, I called Rescue Rooter as I kept spotting leaks. Rescue Rooter was quick to offer their services and are the best I have ever dealt with in meeting the times that they agreed to and not charging just to come out and look. Tyler was a fantastic plumber. He tried several options to install the toilet that would save me money but after calling him back two times, he came back and gave me a good price on a flange replacement. He was efficient, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I had to call him back three times and each time he was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and once we were sure the problem had been solved, he even caulked around the toilet for me for free. I had to spend a decent amount of money on something that I didn't think I would have to. But it was an old house with a very old flange and after speaking with Tyler and him explaining what was wrong I felt better about the cost. Rescue Rooter still had a better price than most. As I have an old house and it is inevitable that something else will go wrong, I have Rescue Rooter's card on my fridge to call when I need them. I cannot speak highly enough of Rescue Rooter and especially Tyler for all of his hard work, expertise, and cheerful demeanor. That kind of service is hard to find.
