Let me start by saying this is my third experience with botox/dysport and so far it was wonderful! I'll give an update when the results kick in.
First I must say, Dr. Truong is an angel! He was nothing short of amazing and patient with all my questions while making the appointment and never made me feel rushed or stupid. He made me feel like a VIP and was very honest and kind. She's wonderful and if you disagree then you need to take a look at yourself.
Dr. Truong was also amazing. He took the time to explain in great detail how and what needed to be done to achieve the look I wanted. He made me feel safe and secure and was also very honest. The office itself is spectacular! Very soothing and inviting. My appointment went right as scheduled. I didn't wait for anything besides the numbing cream to take affect. I was very impressed by the doctors attention to detail and I can't wait to see the results. The next day, as is she wasn't already wonderful, Katie called me to check up on me and see how I was doing and feeling. That, made me feel special and taken care of! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything but he did take the time to explain some products to me since I am dealing with some adult acne recently. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will update when I see the results!!!
