I received an immediate reply when I called to schedule and they were able to schedule a day and time window convenient for me. After it was scheduled, I called on a Sunday with a question prior to my appointment and left a message expecting a return call Monday. My call was returned the same day and my question answered. Technicians arrived on time in a company marked truck, identified themselves and walked me through the process explaining what they would do, what it would sound like, look like, etc. Technicians were very polite and knowledgeable, patiently answering my questions as I'd never had this done before. They had me start the furnace before and after the service to show all was working properly before and after the work. They were neat and worked consistently. A bonus was that they were comfortable with my three big dogs. I normally put them outside when I have anyone doing work in the house but it was pouring rain that day. I will definitely hire Amistee next time and recommend them highly to others. Also Jonah was working with Jacob that day and both deserve a heartfelt thank you. A pleasure doing business with Amistee.
