I own a condo managed by Elite. Many years ago our decks were redone. Every condo in the place had their decks stained, except mine. Each year I am promised they will do it; they never do. I need some rotting wood repaired. They promised last July to do it; it is not done. I am constantly being fined for violations I have not committed or for violations that are so petty they are ridiculous. Once I was ordered to pay a $25 fine because my garbage cans were left out past the time required to bring them in. That was the day my brother-in-law died in the condo. Whoever reported me about the cans had to have seen the ambulance and coroner; Elite still charged me $25. They are heartless!
