I am used to taking my car to the dealership, which has never been a good experience. Long wait times and unreasonably high expense bills are the unfortunately, the norm.
My first experience with Lextechs was a positive one. My car needed new rotors on all four corners, and the technician explained that we could still use my existing ones by machining them, making them as good as new. I also went ahead and got routine service done, which included an oil change, engine and cabin air filters, etc. When everything was done, I was not sticker-shocked by the bill. It was completely fair, and most likely half of what the dealership would have charged for doing the same service.
Love Lextechs. Never going back to the dealership again.
