The day before our family Thanksgiving road trip I realized that I needed t get new tires on our 2012 Subaru Outback. I considered going to Costco, but remembered that some of my coworkers had mentioned Cook's. I called, and Bryan Cook himself answered the phone. We talked about what I needed and he made a recommendation. He had the tires ready to go by the time I arrived at the shop. As it turns out, I needed to get brakes as well. Cook's had everything I needed and really took good care of me and my car. Bryan, Steve and the shop manager were all cool, easy going guys who just seemed honest and straight forward right from the start. The tires and brakes worked flawlessly on the family trip!
