i grew up on Franklin Giant Grinders and sadly to say the place has really gone downhill. I placed an order for pickup on New Years Eve at 2:00pm. I had called and found out they were closing at 4:30pm so I scheduled my order for pick up at 4:00pm . The woman on the phone was rude and when I got there my order wasn't ready and I asked why and she told me can't you see i am busy taken care of other customers? They were fighting and yelling amongst themselves and they did not have enough help for the amount of business in the store. Although the grinders are very tasty the whole other situation and disrespect left a bad taste in my mouth and i will never go back again.
