I am just so in love with my floors thanks to BK Floors to Go! Our experience with them from start to finish has just been excellent. I've used them before to install some carpets so I knew to give them a call when we were ready to install some new floors. They worked us into their schedule very very quickly, were prompt in getting out here and doing the work, and cleaned up the area really well after they were done. Their prices were great and their customer service was just as excellent; they were very responsive and answered any questions that we had throughout the installation. The only concern I had was that they left some marks on freshly painted walls, which we notified them about. It wasn't too big of an issue as I should've expected some problems to come up with a big project like this. Overall, I thought that they did a wonderful job and I absolutely love my floors!
