I recently had a need for a tux for a Black Tie Event at Deer Field Country Club on Nov 14. I had never been Formal Affairs many years ago so I went back again and they were awesome! First of all the showroom is clean and the staff very welcoming. There were two women there that day and one was singing Christmas songs and enjoying her job The other was a younger dark haired girl and she impressed me a lot. She politely insisted that I try on the Tux and I'm glad she did. Turned out I needed a smaller size that looked much better on me. She helped with the coat, tie and vest and even had socks to try the shoes which is great because the shoes needed to be bigger. She made sure it was perfect before I left. This type of customer service is rare these days but especially from young people. Hats off to Norma for training her team well. Your shop is in good hands when you aren't there. I would recommend you to anyone who needs a tux even if its last minute they can hook you up with a Tux most days. I work at an Auto Repair shop in Newark and will always refer people to them.
