I would give this company no stars if it were possible. Was originally with Pro Disposal when we received a flyer from the Garbage Man in Parker. They were considerably cheaper so we decided to give them a try.
Huge mistake.
Not at first, though. Everything ran pretty smooth for the first or second billing cycle. Then the problems began.
No pickup. I'd call. The response was, you didn't pay your bill. My response? Didn't get one. Them, sorry about that. Now please pay your bill.
This seemed to be the case every other billing cycle. So, they're not very organized. Ok. If I have to call once every couple of months but I'm saving money, right?
Jump to the present.
No pickup. I call. Leave a message. 2 days later, no call. 3 days, I call again. The girl who answers the phone already sounds like she doesn't want to be there. She then proceeds to tell me that we cancelled our service back in June.
Huh??
Then who's been picking up our trash?
This place is a joke. We just received a bill for the past 6 months of service. Seeing as our service was cancelled by someone, I don't see why I should pay for their mistakes.
The short and skinny is, they are completely unorganized, rude and their business practices are definitely shady. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB after I'm done with this review.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
