I arrived before normal check in time but the staff was still willing to accommodate my needs by letting me check in early. I had one problem and that was the heater, within 30 min. of telling the front desk about the heater maintenance was at my room. being unable to fix the problem without taking the unit out of the wall and not having another smoking room open they quickly brought a very good portable heater that kept the room a nice temp. well pleased with the quietness of the room, water pressure in the shower, and breakfast food and selection. overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others traveling through the area
