Review content:
We stayed at Mudville Flats for 3 nights in March 2012. We chose it due to the location, the (free) secure parking and because we'd rather stay in small independent places if possible. We were really pleased with our choice and would definitely stay here again.\r

It's in the East Village and within walking distance of the Gaslamp district, the downtown shopping areas, the baseball stadium and the sea. We used the car to visit Coronado and the zoo but you could easily get around without a car staying here. The owner Mike was there to welcome us and had loads of useful information and tips on good local restaurants and bars. The accommodation itself was great, we had Flat A (on the ground floor) and it was really clean and spacious and had a nice,personalised touch that you just don't get in hotels. Overall we loved it and would recommend it.
