Review content:
I had a boiler replaced for $7,000 in 2000 at LBA recommendation. Over 10 years I have spent $1,800 for service to get heat. A small six inch pipe kept rotting through. They replaced it 5 times. Before Thanksgiving I again called with no heat. I was told that the boiler heat exchange has rusted through. Lennox would repace under warranty for $5,000. I think this is crazy $13,800 for heating my home over 10 years. The owner claimed the boiler needed a chemical and I declined it due to cost. I had never heard that. I called and requested a copy of the ticket that stated that. The response was that all future communication with LBA will be through their attorney. They are not even man enough to take to a customer. I have had no heat now since before Thanksgiving. They are the most unethical company I have ever dealth with. Stay away unless you have a lot of money that they can steal from you.
