Had this company replace a 25 year-old furnace and 15 year-old air conditioning system and am very pleased, with both LBA and Lennox. Just experienced the hottest day in 15 years (108 degrees) and the air conditioner performed flawlessly. The installation crew was courteous and well-trained. \r

I did extensive research on the compressor and selected Lennox because of their reputation and the quietness of the unit. I should have done more research on the furnace, as the unit is somewhat noisy. The exhaust vents through a PVC pipe and makes a slight roar. My wife has already gotten used to the noise, but I still hear it. Don't know if a muffler is available for a furnace?\r

Overall a good experience. Would recommend LBA to friends and family and would use them again if the necessity arises.
