This hotel is just beyond words.\r
The staff at the check in counter dress a #10.\r
Very courteous. Just very willing to make the guests comfortable.\r
my A/c was not working and I was very tired.\r
They sent someone who responded within minutes to help move my items to the 4th floor to an upgraded room.\r
they could direct me to any and all places I asked about.\r
the best place for service the 7 days I was in Lexington.\r
And I got the room on an internet site for very little money, but the service was still top notch.\r
yes have recommended this facility to others.\r
I will go back again next year.\r
A 5 star plus in my book.!!
