These reviews are bogus, cut and pasted from older reviews on other sites, and embellished with lies. I have been using Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning for years. They installed my system and have been maintaining it since. I have never had an issue scheduleing or rescheduling an appointment around my schedule. My stove broke recently and the guy wanted $250 before he would even show up. So I don?t think there service fee of $119 was excessive. Don?t believe all the negative reviews.
