Thanks to customer complaints, Flanders has apparently stopped their Gold, Silver and Bronze services. It wasn't fair to provide priority service to those who paid more. It should be based on the severity of the problem. Flanders would service Gold customers first, Silver customers second, and Bronze customers last. Gold customers paid more so they were serviced first. But it seems that Flanders may have discontinued this. \r \r Anyway, I know other people who still use Flanders. I guess it's easier to stay with something you know than make a change. So I know Flanders still overcharges. Their service agreements are NOT service contracts. If something breaks down, a service agreement simply gets a serviceman there at $119 an hour (Flanders says they cater to service agreement customers first; and a service agreement runs over $400 a year for heating and AC).
