I don't really like the attitude of this company. And they are expensive.\r

In short, if you have a problem, Office Manager Theresa has pretty much said "...you can always go somewhere else if you want..." This type of attitude never goes over well with me. It borders on arrogance. And it sounds more like "If you don't like it, too bad." That being said, Theresa is basically borderline polite if you're not a problem, but if you question anything at all, the attitude begins.\r

Also, many Flanders customers think they have a service contract with Flanders, but Flanders doesn't offer service contracts. They sell ESAs (Energy Savings Agreements). This simply means you get one "free" cleaning; however, Flanders charges for anything and everything outside of the basic cleaning agreement. In other words, an ESA is basically a prepaid service call, and they have a vested interest in finding something when they come out to service you. At that point, they can nickel and dime you death.
