Review content:
We called them when our upstairs air-conditioner wouldn't turn on. They looked for about 3 minutes and came inside to give me a quote on a new unit. I asked them to leave and called another company who then came right over, worked on it for a few minutes, and on it came with cold air blasting. When I called Burnside and told them what happened they wouldn't even give me my Call Fee back much less apologize for their incompetence. I always like to support the local businesses but this one was very disappointing.
