I had some foundation work done this spring. Bratchers had put in both a new air conditioner and heating system in the spring of 2011. I had the "check-up" for the heating system this winter. After cleaning the filter, they....oops...had forgotten to turn on the humidifier. The work area was left messy, technician was unfriendly ("he had been Ill"), and was unable to answer my questions. When I replaced my air conditioner I hesitatated before calling Bratchers. Both Dan and Brian assured me the work would be quality. More disappointment. The service tech was new.........and a couple of things had to be redone. When working with my contractor, timing was everything. But yet it wasn't........the tech who was to reconnect my air conditioner tried to charge me a full hour that he was Not at my home. There was confusion all around! Finally the contractor sent over someone to get things in place. The re-attachment of the system was done with electrical tape and looks as though my first grade
