I had 6 different companies out to do estimates for putting in the new thermostat, a whole house humidifier, and some kind of air cleaning solution. I had ranges from $1595-$3300. The 2nd to lowest was AZ Air. the Salesman, came out and did the estimate. They were the last place I was calling. I told him about the ranges and my frustration with the contractors who misled me along the way. In any event, he wrote not the lowest estimate. I carefully reviewed what they would do work-wise, and was so professional. in was impressed and I'm not the kind of person who gives 5-star ratings all the time. They said that you get what you pay for and showed me what they would do. The tech who did the work arrived on-time, ran through what they did, and a brief summary of how to use the thermostat. He would have done more but I had read the manuals before they arrived. Product installed was excellent and functional. I will never use another HVAC company. AZ was fantastic from start to finish.
