Just to be clear, I did not use this company's services, even though i wanted to.\r

I called (as far as I recollect) them five times and left as much messages over the course of a week and never got a callback. I consider that to be pretty rude. \r
\r
As far as I can see from the previous review, I'm not the only one with this problem (or a similar one).\r
\r
Five calls and nothing? Too bad. Fortunately, there are a lot more providers like AZ in my area so I got a good deal pretty soon. If I was to sit home and wait for their serviceman, I kinda think that waiting for world peace is a better investment.\r
\r
But anyway, when looking for new vendors to work with I need good communication between the vendor and me, besides a good price and great ethics. Does AZ provide something like that? I wouldn't know, but even if they did, AZ Air conditioning & Heating still has a long way to go and learn a lot on how to treat their potential customers.
