I do a lot of work on my own cars, but there are times where it is more efficient to let the experts do the work. My wife's Honda Pilot was making a strange whirring noise that I feared was the water pump. I stopped by, and they guy in the office had people on both phone lines, and parts being dropped off, very busy, but once he had everyone squared away he was very willing to take a quick listen to the Honda. He heard the noise right away (unlike when my wife takes the car to the dealer and they can never hear the noise). He unplugged the wire to the alternator and the noise went away. This was on a Friday afternoon, so he ordered a new alternator and at my request a new serpentine belt, and said they could do the work on Monday. Dropped off the car on Sunday, used the key drop. Got a call on Monday at 10:30am, that it was all done. Cost was exactly as quoted. Parts were reasonable cost. And we got a 15% New Customer discount, without even asking for it. Running great.
