This review is just inform people of our experience. Owning a business of my own I understand there are many factors in having things run smoothly and accommodating clients, but certain things at this establishment are very wrong.\r
When entering the store you are met by people trying to sell you services for your wedding. This is extremely uncomfortable considering you are going to a store to purchase one of the most important pieces of the wedding day THE DRESS.\r
Next we were taken on a "tour" basically show us what other things could be purchased at the store. Our bridal attendant was extremely rude at first she kept emphasizing the size of the gown I would try on. I am a size 6 and I could only imagine how uncomfortable she would make a young woman feel at a larger size. My mother almost wanted to walk out at this point but this was our first time shopping for my gown and we were excited to try on dresses.
