Review content:
They have horrible customer service and do a very poor job at taking your measurements for the dress you order. They ordered me a size 20 when I normally wear a 10/12. They said they knew what they were doing and that is the size based off of my measurements. Well it came back HUGE and needed to be taken in 3-4 inches on each side and will not look like how it should because of massive alterations. They said it would cost $100 for a cheap alteration... a couture fitting would cost more. They remeasured me after the fact and determined that my measurements were not the same as the dress they ordered, however they would not reorder the correct size or pay for or discount the alteration costs. So buyer beware... you'd be better off buying your dress from another store who knows how to order the right size the first time, takes care in measurements, stands behind their product and has better customer service. They're also incredibly rude.
