Bought water heater from home depot, and fast water heater came out to install. Work was completed in a timely manner. Warren suggested a different water heater (Rheem Performance platinum 38gal) to be installed rather than the one I originally ordered from home depot. Due to some product requirements. No review found on the model installed at the moment so can't make a good comparison on the quality and effectiveness of the product. Warren seems knowledgeable and worked fast. Finally have a hot water once again. Pending work pass inspection, customer expectation would be met. Thank You.
