Always fast and friendly. They work on Central time, so for those of us on Eastern time, get your deposit in by 5PM for same day posting. They don't have any branches in GA as mentioned elsewhere, but they also don't have to have licensing in 2 states either... they are an Alabama Bank... deal with it but don't give them a bad rating because they won't build one next door to you. They run the deposits at the end of the day BEFORE they run debits... that has saved me in the past where a check hit earlier than expected. Their online net teller service will show you pending withdrawals (and potentially bounced checks) early enough in the day to make a deposit to cover it if needed... you won't get that from the large "charge as many fees as we can" banks. Bounce protection will also keep you from having to pay 2 bounced check fees by paying the check for you. Sunday and evening banking is available by the Send Your Money To China-Mart on 280.
