Actually, the 2006 car is my husband's, Noel T. Roberts, and his phone number is (859) 250-4227; however, I will share his thoughts about the overall experience of having his car repaired this past Monday, November 9. Ironically, I met Mona in a store on Sunday afternoon, November 8, and told her about Noel's car and how he needed to have it repaired as soon as possible because of his work with Hospice. She encouraged me to bring in it at 8:00 Monday morning, and Noel did. Mark was gracious to provide him a way home, and Noel has asked if it were at all possible could he have it by closing time. The mechanics called Noel and shared what was needed, and Noel gave them the "go-ahead" because of the need. Although the cost was more than expected, we did appreciate the excellent service and the efforts the mechanic (s) made to get his car repaired before the close of the day. All 3 of us, Noel, our daughter, Sandy, and I are very grateful that we have started bringing our cars to Community Care and we are highly satisfied with the professional, caring, and knowledgeable people who are employed there. We try to keep our cars in good shape as much as possible, and when we have reliable, honest people like those of you at Community Care helping us, it means the world to us. Thank you. Incidentally, Noel had a birthday coupon for $20 for any service on his car, but he forgot to bring it with him. Is there any way you could still honor this? It does not expire until November 30. Thanks, again.
