Don't be confused by the Hilton name---I was treated like dirt at check in when they noted that I had booked my room through an internet "third party" telling me that my Gold Points card wouldn't apply and later was informed that I couldn't get into the VIP Lounge (for Gold and Platinum members) since I had reserved "third party"....I don't understand why they put their rooms up for reservation with third party if they are going to treat you like dirt once you reserve with them.....Management needs to think about what their goal is here....I won't be back....
