sue krepline bought new 2015 rims look like $@!#% on car tried to talk to joe manager blows me off they made the sale now we are just a # got there money and screw us now didn't even get a free oil change RESPONSE FROM Van Horn Hyundai: Hello Krepline family, Thank you for sharing your info and again we apologize for things that got in the way of you having an outstanding experience at our dealership. Sounds like some of the information didn’t get transferred between a few of our key employees and this may have been what caused an uncomfortable situation. The wheels that come on that vehicle are designed by the manufacture specifically for that vehicle and our best advice is to not change that vehicle from its standard factory specifications. However, you as the owner of the vehicle, can make any decisions you want and there are plenty of aftermarket companies out there trying to sell their products. If you choose to do so keep in mind that the manufacture does have an exclusion clause in their warranty for altering equipment from its standard factory specs. I understand that you were upset with these issues that have arisen since that purchase. My staff and I have spoken about your issues and we want to help you to find a necessary solution to keep you as a happy customer all well working within the guidelines that we must strongly adhere to. Sincerely, Mike Tasche General Manager Van Horn Hyundai Mazda
