Review content:
I was pretty happy with this clinic. The doctor I saw seemed to know what he was doing and the staff was very nice.Their yellowpages ad states they have 24 hour emergency service for established clients, which was one reason we went to them. However, we called their emergency number on two separate occasions and never heard back from anyone either time. Once I could understand, sort of, but twice, no way. The second time, if we hadn't found another vet who was open our cat would have died a painful, traumatic death. Thanks to the responsive vet, he was able to pass peacefully. We will never step foot in there again.
PROS: Convenient location
CONS: Non-responsive to emergencies
