owner had a total attitude and was so rude when I called her to tell her the flowers delivered yesterday were already drooping and looking dead she flat out told me what do you expect . she refused to pick up arrangement and redeliver a fresh one im totally in shock at her rudeness she lacks any customer service skills avoid this shop at all costs
