I never write reviews but I think this is the one time that I feel it is necessary. If only I had read someones review that would have stopped me from using this company! My family purchased a pool at the end of APRIL. We bought it early hoping to have it in by the time school got out. I am a teacher and am at home with my kids all summer. We bought the pool from Recreational Factory Warehouse in Atlanta and they were awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone. When we bought the pool we were given the name of ProAtlas to install the pool. They came out to the house at the beginning of May but it was too wet to grade. That was fine. No one can help what the weather does! After that it has rained off and on all summer. It has been dry many times but no one ever came back. Every time they said they would come, they would not show up and then it would rain again. At this point on JULY 17 we have been told we are at the top of the list and NEXT. Someone called last Sunday and said they would be here Thursday or Friday. I knew immediately that it meant at least Friday. It dried up and its ready so my husband called yesterday and tried to get them to come out today...after all, we are at the TOP of the list right?? NOPE. They have it scheduled again for Friday and it is supposed to rain tomorrow afternoon. I hope that if you are reading this that you think twice before using this company. We have been very unsatisfied and we are very easy to please. My summer is gone and I have watched my kids look out the window watching for someone to come put in our pool. No one ever comes though. They want to blame it on the rain but that is a lie. It has been dry over and over again. There is no way for us to go back and get a different company but I hope this helps you make the right decision if you are looking for someone.
