tHESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ESPECIALLY ELLEN DEVOSS. I HAD A PAYMENT PLAN WORKED OUT WITH THEM FOR AN OUTSTANDING BILL AND WAS PAYING EVERYTHING ON TIME AS AGREED. THE LAST FEW CHECKS I SENT IN WERE NOT CASHED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND THEY STOPPED SENDING ME BILLS THREE MONTHS AGO. ON JUNE 1ST I GOT A LETTER DATED MARCH 24TH TELLING ME THE REST OF MY BALANCE WAS DUE BY JUNE 15TH OR THEY WERE SENDING ME TO COLLECTIONS. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, UNACCEPTABLE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW WHAT HAS TAKEN PLACE HERE AND HOPE OTHER CLIENTS THAT I KNOW ARE OUT THERE SPEAK UP ABOUT THEIR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS.
