The service at this place is the worst I have experienced so far. I baught ""03 Avalon"" at this place in 2004. Since then, I used to take my care for oil change to this place. For every oil change I have to wait at least two hours. During one instance, I have to wait 3 hours. When I complained about my long wait to the service person, he told me that I would give 10% of my next 30K mile service charge in addition to loaner car. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that they could not honor this as the management changed. I would never go again and strongly recommend to all my friends and collegues against going to this place.
