No AC, Texas Heat - and 2 small babies - I thought for SURE we were in trouble!!!\r \r Outstanding customer service!!! WAY above and beyond! \r From the moment we called (which, by the way, was AFTER HOURS on a Friday night, in the middle of summer!!!) Our AC went out and we have two small babies!! Staying in a hotel with 2 small kids is never a good idea. But that seemed to be our only option. Our AC went out in our 2-year old home. We called the builder and they referred us to the AC place that installed the unit. They were kind enough to tell us that at 2 years and 2 months, we were OUTSIDE the warranty window. Not only that, they would be unable to service us that night :( :( :( :( \r \r We had no choice but to pack a bag, a pack-n-play, and head to the hotel for the night. BUT, we managed to get ahold of someone at Air Masters. They had been highly recommended through a friend at church so we thought, why not.\r \r Randy came out, within 45 minutes (Bless you, Randy!!) and figured out what was wrong. I don't even remember what it was, but he worked with Trane to have them help cover the costs. Although we were outside the warranty, we were only a few months outside. How wonderful of him to: 1) come running to our aid on a Friday night 2) work with us on the costs 3) work with us on the warranty requirements and write-up 4) earn our trust so quickly by providing ONLY and exactly what we needed and 5) becoming our #1 and ONLY AC repair & service man for not only OUR AC units, but also for my in-laws and every person we meet or hear that needs AC repair. We LOVE Air Masters!!!
