These guys gave me the creepies. First off, they pick up my car, then refuse to tow it where I asked them to, instead insisting the insurance company would be faster if I took it to them. Then on the ride to their yard, the guy told me all the sordid details of his failed relationship with his ex-wife (who also works at the same place), and then hit on me.Then ex-wife drove me, and told me everything from her perspective. Then, 2 weeks later, when the insurance told me they wouldn't be covering my repair expenses, I called and they tried to bill me $900 for the free AAA tow and the storage fee they "forgot" to mention. Then they tried to tell me I could pay off that bill by giving them my car, because it was only good for parts now anyways (my mechanic fixed it for $200 and I'm driving it now). I absolutely refused, and luckily was able to get my car back, but I disliked working with them and their weird, convoluted drama and unprofessionalism.
