Review content:
Cambridge Management Co is an extremely greedy company. They waste no time in raising the rent every year "based on market price" and if the rent falls, they do not decrease it. It is up to the tenant to request a rent decrease and they deliberately do not inform the tenants that they can write a letter to decrease the monthly rent. \r
\r
The rent price paid does not equal the facilities and amenities provided. There is only a crappy unheated pool and they do not even clean the staircase leading to the apartments often. They only clean it once a year and as a result it stinks. What are they using so much money for if they cannot clean a simple stair case regularly?\r
\r
When I moved out they took over half my security deposit to repair things that the contract stipulated I would not be charged. I was in the apartment for 6 years and they charged me $50 to wipe a black stain from the carpet. This makes no sense considering that the carpets should be replaced after a tenant has stayed for 6
