Absolutely the worst experience you could imagine. They sent a newer employee to install new ductwork and a/c unit by himself. The unit froze up the first night and it took capital heating EIGHT TRIPS to correct the problem. The new employee ruined baseboard in my dining room. I contacted one of the managers after the problem was finally resolved and I asked what they were going to do for me for the inconvenience. He literally screamed through the phone that capital heating had done enough for me and if I didn't pay the balance due immediately HE was going to send me to collection. I thought about it and now there was only one more thing that they could do for me. I had them take the brand new a/c unit back. There is actually much more to this but I would rather forget this experience. I personally would not buy a furnace filter from capital heating much less a new a/c unit.
