When the representative form Sundek came, he was what I would call a straight shooter; he told us exactly what we needed. We had a concern about how our patio looked, and he assured us that the company could fix it to the point where we would be happy.
We had a long porch that was built when the house was first built, and because it wasn't big enough, we added a larger porch it. With the draft that's going on and whatnot the porch sank, and it was dangerous because you can trip and to a header straight in to the glass door. That's why we called Sundek to come out and fix it.
They did everything they said they would do, and they were here when they said they would be. They cleaned up after themselves and picked up everything. We didn't even have to pick up one piece of rock. It was left probably even better than how it was before! Overall, we were very pleased with their service and results.
